COMMUNITY SKIWAYS INCORPORATED (CSI)
The CSI is an incorporated body that owns the ski hill and leases it free of charge to the MMSC. The constitution requires that all adult members must have a CSI share in the family or else pay an annual surcharge of $5 (per family). These shares were required to enable purchase of the land in 1965 and the incorporation has maintained its status ever since. The CSI shares are $50 and can be payable in two $25 installments. These shares are refundable when families move out of the area.
