Membership |
Please contact Steve D'Eon concerning registration (or see us in the chalet once the hill is open). Please bring a recent 3 x 3 cm photo if you have one. Otherwise we can take one of you for the cost of $2. One 2009-2010 Membership Form and one Membership Waiver Form are required per family. Also, a Lesson Registration Form and a Program Waiver Form (form only available in person) is required if taking lessons or racing. All forms will be available at Registration Day. You must sign the waiver(s) if you are 18 years of age or older and a guardian must sign for those under 18. A Club official must sign the witness section when you obtain your pass. Do not sign as a witness.
