How do I sign my family up for the 2011 - 2012 ski season?

• Download one Membership form for your family here (or pick one up at the Town Hall)
• Download one Membership Waiver Form for your family here (or pick one up at the Town Hall)
• The registration form has information regarding mailing in your registration as well
  
• Fill in the Membership form for all members who are going to ski (even those under 5 or over 80!)
• Fill in the Membership Waiver Form... but don't sign the Witnesses!!  Have an executive member witness when you pick up your passes to complete
• Bring a small photo of each family member (3x3) to have your passes made right away (or we can take one!)

When and where is the registration drive this year?

• Deep River Town Hall Lobby
• Thursday December 1st from 5pm to 7pm
• Saturday December 3rd from 12pm to 5pm
• Remember the Santa Claus Parade is on Sunday this year!! 

What if I miss the Registration Drive and can't make it to the Town Hall?

• No problem!  Download and fill in the forms and attach labeled pictures
  
• Contact Chris Watt or a member of the executive and arrange to drop off the membership forms
• OR Mail all the forms, pictures and cheque to MMSC, Box 1465 Deep River
  
• Discount is only available until Saturday December 3rd at 5:00pm (hint at the Registration Drive!)

How do I sign up for lessons?

• See the Lessons page for more details about rates and times first then download this Lesson Form
  
• We also offer a Racing program for kids and adults for those looking for a challenge!
  
• A Lessons Waiver form is required also however I can't seem to find that right now!!
• You can register for lessons during the registration drive at the Town Hall or by contacting Heather Tumber (584.3735)

Note:  You must sign the waiver(s) if you are 18 years of age or older and a guardian must sign for those under 18. A Club official must sign the witness section when you obtain your pass. Do not sign as a witness.
